Thank you for your recent order with us and your continued support in the past. As usual, your meal are delivered without delay every week. However, this week we unfortunately had an issue with the equipment that vacuum seals your meals.
All of the meals have been prepared as usual but were instead plated in a standard containers with lids. This packaging comes with a different “best by” date than you may be used to.
The “Best by” date on the meals is much sooner than with vacuum sealed meals. The meals are best by Wednesday all though many of the meals last longer.
- If you need to extend the meals a bit longer, customers typically place the meal in the freezer for a few days. If the meal will be in the freezer for longer than a few days, we suggest putting the container in a ziplock bag to reduce freezer burn.
